INGREDIENTS:
- fresh green beans
- fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4-1/2 cup gluten-free soy sauce or Tamari
- tsp minced garlic
- sesame seeds
PROCEDURE:
- Snap ends from green beans and boil until bendable (about 5 minutes)
- Strain with cold water and ice
- Saute green beans in a big skillet or wok until crispy brown (approx 5-10 min)
- Add mushrooms and cook for 1 minute
- Pour honey, soy sauce, garlic mixture over beans and mushrooms
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve
