Gluten-Free Asian Sauteed String Beans & Mushrooms

PREPARATION TIME: 5 Minutes
COOKING TIME: 20 Minutes

INGREDIENTS:
  • fresh green beans
  • fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4-1/2 cup gluten-free soy sauce or Tamari
  • tsp minced garlic
  • sesame seeds

PROCEDURE:
  1. Snap ends from green beans and boil until bendable (about 5 minutes)
  2. Strain with cold water and ice
  3. Saute green beans in a big skillet or wok until crispy brown (approx 5-10 min)
  4. Add mushrooms and cook for 1 minute
  5. Pour honey, soy sauce, garlic mixture over beans and mushrooms
  6. Cover and cook for 5 minutes
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve​
