PF Chang's Added Gluten-Free Item to Seasonal Menu!

Gluten-Free in Las Vegas received a TWEET yesterday (see below) from  PF Chang's China Bistro announcing that they have added a new Gluten-Free dish to their seasonal FALL MENU! It's the yummy Harvest Vegetable Quinoa "Fried Rice", and it can be made gluten-free upon request!

HARVEST VEGETABLE QUINOA "FRIED RICE": Wok-toasted red quinoa with spiced butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, wok-charred corn, snap peas, carrots, zucchini and diced green apples, topped with a sunny-side egg

The dish costs $11.95 ($12.95 if ordering gluten-free) and goes GREAT paired with a glass of their Garnet Pinot Noir.
