FINALLY had a chance to stop by Snooze, an A.M. Eatery on Rampart Blvd (Boca Park area of Summerlin, same corner as PF Chang’s and Flower Child) to check out their GF options for brunch. OMG, so good!
Mom and I both decided to try their Signature Pancake Flight, where you can actually choose 3 different GF pancake options to try!! 🥞 I got the Chocolate Chip pancake, the Blueberry, and the Strawberry Shortcake pancake, and mom opted for 2 servings of the Sweet Potato pancakes with caramel sauce and one Strawberry Shortcake!! For future reference, the only pancake option on the menu that CAN’T be made GF is their Vegan pancakes.
Most importantly, the staff was super educated on their GF options (our server Liz was AMAZING and so sweet), and I did not get sick at all! Aside from the pancake options, there were SEVERAL other things from the menu that could be made GF (French toast, HUGE omelettes, etc), so I am super excited to go back again to try some other stuff soon! 🍳🍞🌮
And while I don’t happen to drink anymore, they also have a full bar with TONS of specialty brunch cocktails on the menu…so keep that fun fact in mind when you go! 😋🥂🍹
