Review of Rice & Co. at Luxor Hotel

Rice & Company features delicious, healthy Asian Cuisine with a modern, fresh take. For me, it's the ONE place on the strip to get the absolute BEST gluten-free Sashimi and Sushi Rolls. The gluten-free menu is not huge, but it's really good. Because they have GF soy sauce on hand, they can also offer GF fried rice with chicken, shrimp, or just vegetables, and they have a gluten-free Singapore Noodle dish that is super-duper yummy!! If you have any questions while you are there, the Assistant General Manager is named Cindy Gault, and she'll be happy to help. :-)

WHAT TO ORDER (my personal favorites):

• Singapore Noodles! Rice noodles, baby shrimp, bean sprouts, bell peppers, onions, egg, scallions with curry.
• Rainbow Roll! King crab, cucumber, avocado. tuna, salmon, yellowtail, white fish. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE their Rainbow Rolls!!!!
• Fried Rice! Stir-fried with eggs, carrots, green peas, and scallions and your choice of vegetables, chicken, shrimp or COMBO!!
